We have used Chuck and his team a few times now. We used them for an initial purchase and to refinance. Chuck's knowledge of the whole mortgage industry and processes as well as his gift for making everything easy to understand and follow make him the only person we'd ever deal with. He also will respond to questions or concerns immediately. Holidays or weekend's included. Talking to and working with Chuck quickly makes it feel as if we were working with a Friend. Everyone involved in the process on his team are also excellent. They even have an app for submitting documents. Nobody enjoys that part, but with the app it literally takes seconds to send in what they need. There is no way under any circumstance that we would ever use anyone else. I'm a first time home buyer and Chuck was recommended by my realtor and from day one I felt that I was working with a thorough professional. Moving was one of the most stressful events but Chuck was amazing and made the mortgage experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. The buck stops here when it comes to looking for the best loan officer in the world. Chuck is the most reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy guy we could ever ask for. He was always accessible day, night, and weekend for the many questions we had. We had a very usual process for sale of our home leading up to our purchase. Chuck was there to check in on us to not only reassure us everything would work out, but also check in with us on a personal level to make sure mentally we were doing okay. I felt confident always that Chuck had our best interest in mind with all our hardest decisions. I wouldn’t want to go through this process with anyone but Chuck. Thanks again
