This is my second time using Tony and his team. I turned down other lenders solely based on how amazing his team is. They are so quick to respond to any need big or small I may have. They truly make my family and I feel like we are part of their team. I will never use another group and will highly recommend using them. They are by far the best all the way around. I appreciated the continuous, open and honest communication your team provided throughout the process. I felt like I was taken care of throughout and you had my best interest in mind. I thoroughly enjoyed worked with all of you and will recommend you to other opportunities for you that I come across. One thing I did want to recommend as a possible improvement to your processes though, is more transparency in what specifically to expect next. The initial email I received warned against fraudulent activity as we go through the process, and with the various services you use to handle loan management, document uploading, document signing, etc. I was hesitant to click on a few of the emails. One I had to ask Wendy if it was legit, but perhaps I was being too paranoid :) It might be a good practice to let you customers know what exactly to look for and who its coming from so there is no concerns. Just a thought :) Thank you again for all you do.
