Amanda and the team of AnnieMac alongside my relator Deysy did an amazing job in helping me through this process as a first time home buyer. They handled all the hassle that came with purchasing a HUD property which and I did not have to deal with the seller at all. They also helped me get the best loans for me to not have to bring so much money to the closing table :-) I ended up paying less than $5k at closing with all fees included!!
