Rick was amazing! I haven't experienced customer service like that in years. He was very responsive, took time to explain everything in detail, quickly responded to obstacles that would potentially keep us from closing. The entire team was fantastic. They were able to help me get same day pre-approval on a Sunday when we wanted to put an offer in on a house and then, when the offer was accepted, the team worked diligently and had us clear to close in 2 weeks!
