Brad Flores entered the mortgage world as a customer service rep at Countrywide while juggling
college life. After six years in the trenches of customer care, he transitioned into loan processing.
From there, he rose from a processing assistant to internal loan consultant, and ultimately to a
trusted loan officer where he found his true calling: helping people overcome financial fear and
step confidently into homeownership. Brad’s climb in the mortgage world reflects his dedication,
grit, and heart for service.
As an Army veteran, Brad takes particular pride in helping fellow servicemembers navigate VA
loans, busting myths, clearing confusion, and replacing hesitation with confidence. He also
specializes in first-time and move-up buyers, offering a warm, approachable presence and
bilingual support in Spanish. Above all, he has a genuine desire to see families thrive. When he’s
not working, you’ll find him chasing his two young children and loving every minute of it.
