We were first time home buys . We did not know much about this whole process. Naturally we were scared. Our realtor gave us Frank Virga information . Frank, Erin, Sophia, and the rest of their team were very attentive with their communication and offered great advice. They were very helpful as we debated loan options and were quick to implement when we made changes. Even though rates were increasing they did their best to offer a great rate and were willing to be competitive to the best rates on the market for us.
