Hannah ROCKS! Hannah was able to swoop in and rescue a deal offering a strong lending package for my buyers where other lenders failed. Not only did she offer a fantastic package for my buyers, her communication and timeliness at all stages of the transaction were second to none. I loved working with Bryan, only thing that can make this better would be if I can get email updates on Milestones or be in the loop on conversations with buyers. This way I can also just keep an eye on things and see where we are with appraisal, or conditional approval or if any docs are missing etc.

I'm the buyer's agent and have been working with Kent for the last 7 years. He is so consistent and when he says he's going to close on a date, he gets it done. It was a very fast close and I put a closing date on him that had a 10% chance to close due to the arrival of the appraisal date, but because it's the only day the buyers had off with their hectic schedules, he committed and delivered! No surprises after all these years still. That's one specific quality to bring up here, but he's got so much more professional qualities that I'd end up with pages by the time I'm done here listing them all.
