I know the first person a customer talks to about financing has a vested interest in the loan getting closed, but in this case Kerrell Reynolds definitely showed that he cared for us as well. He worked with us to find a plan that would work, he was always available when we had questions (and he always either knew the answers or got them for us RIGHT AWAY) and he was unceasingly friendly and genuinely sincere. What made the experience great was Kerrell, period, and in our opinion he should get a raise and be able to go home an hour early the day you read this review.
