Oliva Bailey treated me like I was her family member a sister that would not let me get into to a mortgage and fail. She would explain everything to me and she did not mind repeating it twice. Great communication and assessability. Mud was there to run the numbers as our clients were finding homes and was an asset to helping them make the best decisions. Straight talker which saves so much time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He allowed me to focus on my job because I didn't have to worry about him doing his!!
