Kerrell Reynolds is a perfect example of someone you want working for your company. He has an outstanding personality, is very smart and polite, and does a great job for the customers he deals with, including myself, John Mogavero.
Its a very stressful process, and that's were Kerrell comes in with his true talent and service he provides.
Don't ever let him go, he is someone that deserves respect, the same he gives his clients.
Can't say enough about him. Its almost "bonus time" for year end, make him happy and try and respect what he brings to the table for you and your company.
Kerrell, thanks for all your help and support. You're a good person, period! Something that I hope your company sees, I have !

Everything was well explained to me throughout the whole process, by both Chris and Barbara, and I never felt like I couldn't ask a question. Chris also went above and beyond to match my interest rate to a competitor one and I am definitely extremely grateful for that.

David was great to work with. As a constructive criticism we had to sign a document that was incorrect to get it out-of-the-way to get to the correct one. Seems like that should not be Required.
