Brad and his team came in to save a deal for me and get my clients a pre approval very fast as well as taking the time to explain everything to my clients so they felt comfortable! Brad was also able to get my clients DPA that allowed them to have their dream home and move in without stretching them too thin. My clients have stated multiple times that they are over the moon with Brad and his team and how seamless he made this very complicated process of home buying for them! A+++ for Brad and his team!!!
