Rachel was very helpful in explaining all the ins and outs of home buying and the mortgage application process. She went above and beyond to provide us with resources to support our purchase, frequently checked in and asked how she could be of service to us. She explained all the paperwork and help us feel so confident getting to the closing table. The notary, title company, and our realtor all commented on how well she had prepared us and how smooth she made their jobs on closing day! I cannot say enough great things about Rachel!
