Reviewed by Sharif Ahmed for Tom Roark
I think Tom was fantastic and super helpful. I had zero issues with Tom's service and would recommend him to others. He went above and beyond in helping me through the process days, nights, and weekends. He even helped me understand the steps that would need to be done outside of his process. The only reason it was okay, was when it came to the underwriting. I felt like some of the items were beyond overkill. They saw an internal routing code for direct deposit appended to the company name. With evidence of the payment, evidence that i worked at that company, employment verification, salary verification, bank statements showing regular payments from that location and everything else is had to provide, I really thought was beyond due dillegence/due care. Needing to add this item when I was down to the wire was incredibly stressful and aggravating. As a Cybersecurity professional I absolutely understand and respect the need for thorough inspection, but there is a difference between being thorough and spinning wheels on unnecessary items. To be clear, I dont know if another services would have been the same or worse, but I do think applying logical sense to requests as opposed to filling a checkbox would have improved my experience.
