We worked with Matthew to process a loan in 30 day timeframe. He and his team are very professional and responsive. We rarely had to wait for more than an hour to receive the response to our queries. Also he kept the loan terms straightforward and met the timelines on all occasions. Also very personable and understanding in his approach. The loan processor was also quick on key milestones of the processing. Overall very smooth experience.

In this market you need someone who is willing to make the extra effort to get your offer accepted, and Denise went above and beyond. She took the time to call the seller's realtor to talk about the strength of our offer and got us approval letters regardless of time or day each time we made (multiple) offers. She is communicative and very responsive, and helps guide you through the loan process. We never doubted that our loan would close on time or that any detail would be overlooked.

Can’t recommend Greg enough! We were first time homebuyers and had a ton of questions and he was always very responsive, and explained everything thoroughly so we could understand. Even in a pandemic, we never felt like communication was an issue. He was always willing to jump on a Zoom if we needed something explained further. He also recommended a great realtor to us. Whether it's a new mortgage or a refinance, it's still a stressful situation. From pulling tax files, paycheck stubs, and other documents, it is a time consuming process. Plus all of those signatures. And, everything is needed urgently while you're still balancing life, work and other obligations. But, even with all of that Greg's team made it a breeze. They communicate with you on a regular basis and set clear expectations. You know what to expect each step of the way. I highly recommend them.

I've heard stories on the difficulties in purchasing a home and the amount of files going back and forth or being misplaced and having to send them again. I did not experience any of the issues that others had. I had the best experience I could have hoped for. Carrie and Donna are wonderful and very helpful.

This is the third time I've had to do something mortgage-related, and the third time I've worked with Greg. Just like the first two, he was also helpful, attentive, and informative. The process was easy, he let us know everything going on as it happened, and helped support my wife and I through the entire process (in this case, refinancing our mortgage).
