Given the current Covid state of things, the conventional approach and hours to business are out the window. However, Aaron was able to accommodate things as if it might have always been that way. Odd hours, off hours, whatever the hour, or however ridiculous the question, Aaron handled it immediately and without condescension. Couple that with the amount of business being done at this time due to rate drops, and you'd be lucky to get help inside of days with others.

Brad was very informative. However the processors were difficult to deal with. Several times I had to duplicate information that I had already supplied. Maybe it is the difficulty of the obtaining a mortgage at this time but I found it difficult and cumbersome. In fact I have never had such a difficult time securing a mortgage. This wasn’t any fault of Brads but more of the processing department. I’m hoping if I deal with Annie Mac again the experience will go smoother in the future.
