Craig, Fletcher and Rachel were outstanding professionals.
Unfortunately, my mom passed and was unable to receive the full benefit of the loan. Gathering information was extremely tedious and time consuming. We had been working on the loan for months. It would have been nice to have seen the results of her house renovation but God had other plans. In conclusion the overall experience was good.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Everything that was said or promised was delivered upon. We even had a challenging closing, as we were in separate parts of the US. Mike handled it and made it so we could close virtually!! Highly recommend!
