With the benefit of times passing and reflection, I can say that Randy was knowledgeable and professional. Always cordial, Randy clearly does his best to establish a friendly relationship and maintain the lines of communication.
In a previous review, my recollections were rather harsh. In hindsight, I realize my homebuying experience had been colored by tertiary factors that were out of Randy's control. I would like to take the opportunity to apologize for this.
