Did a REFI with Troy in 2020 during the height of Covid-19 restrictions. Troy communicated well with everything that was needed for us to close on time. We were looking at different options and Troy took the time to explain each option, show what the interest would be, and how that effected the payment. Everything was done electronically and we closed on time. Will definitely refer.
