Jeanine went above and beyond the normal duties for providing mortgage services. She helped me in other areas that were not her responsibility.
She communicated clearly and concisely on a routine basis so that I knew what to expect and what needed done all along the way.
It also felt like she sincerely cared and was a partner with me in this process. It is comforting to feel that you were not in this by yourself and had someone who is extremely knowledgeable in your corner with you.
