Greg provided us with the refinance of our mortgage recently and very literally this was the simplest process I've ever experienced, and I work in the banking industry. From a concise checklist of items needed for initial underwriting, thus eliminating multiple requests for follow up information, to the coordinating of closing and clearance of last minute obstacles without stress, Greg and his team provided customer service I've never experienced before in a lending situation. As a first-time homebuyer who is self-employed, I was expecting a LOT of headaches and hoops to jump through. I've heard horror stories from friends who are entrepreneurs that buying a home is a headache, so I kept waiting for that ball to drop - but it never did!
Greg and his team made the buying process SO simple. He answered all of my questions as a friend would, not as someone trying to sell me something. I was in the middle of refinancing my mortgage with another lender who assured me I was getting the "best rate". I saw a facebook post that Eric commented on and immediately reached out. We started communicating via chat and I decided to have him run my figures, low and behold he he was able to get .5 point lower than original lender. I was skeptical, how could this be so easy?? Eric is honest, transparent, easy to work with, has a great support team and more. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend him!!!

Greg was absolutely the best! Buying a home was the most stressful process I’ve ever been through. Greg did everything and anything he could to make this process smooth for me. He was always available to answer any questions with very quick response times! Greg was incredibly helpful guiding my fiancé and i not only through the lending process, but breaking down all the numbers.
