Every time we spoke with Kristi it was a great experience. Other times when we spoke to other individuals communication wasn’t as good. The biggest issue we had was the employment verification where we exhausted all the the resources we had and it never seemed to be enough which was very frustrating. In the end we are pleased that we finally got our home with little delay.
