Crystal is always a pleasure to work with. She is a problem solver and always finds a solution. She keeps me updated throughout the entire transaction and never leaves the customer with any questions unanswered.
Crystal goes above and beyond for all parties involved and is always working to get us to the closing table as fast as she can. She is very knowledgeable and it shows with each transaction. Crystal is someone I would absolutely recommend.

In the midst of COVID, lockdowns and distancing, etc I never would have thought that the refinancing process would go so smoothly and seamlessly. Of course the Bowles Team was very busy at work with all the details but my job was so simple. I gathered all the necessary paperwork and Michelle and her team took care of the rest, keeping me informed all the time. Steve and Liz are an incredible team. I have bought my house May 2018. I have refinanced twice with Steve since - both times Steve reaching out to me as the interest rates just kept getting better and he wanted me to get make my money work harder for me. I appreciate that. I can't imagine rates dropping lower then 2.75%, but if they do I'd refinance again with Steve. If they don't, I'll be reaching out to Steve for my next house in the future. Thanks for such a great experience three times over!
