The care and commitment Mud demonstrates to ensure we were well taken care of. He makes you feel valued as a customer. The mortgage process overall can be confusing at times but his recognition and willingness to explain things so you are comfortable is very admirable. He keeps you updated throughout the process and ensures you do not miss reading and/or signing documents in a timely manner. It has been both a blessing and joy to get to know and too work with him!

They helped us understand all the different phases, some of which were completed on the computer ( which I am no expert at). As far as Mr. Jefferson it is concerned, this is our second mortgage we have gone to him for because he was so great the first time. He was PATIENT and knowledgeable and always returned calls immediately on the rare occasion that he wasn't able to answer at the time I called.

For the most part everything was great. Jarrett is wonderful and super easy to work with; he also made it extremely clear what he needed from me. I would say Jarrett is amazing at the beginning sections of getting a home loan - the prep, getting needed materials, etc. However, I was extremely frustrated that I wasn't able to make it to closing on time and that the final numbers kept changing as we approached the closing date.
