If you are a person that recognizes professionalism and wisdom Frank is your guy!! I originally reached out to Frank with a goal of refinancing my Mortgage when a target rate popped up again. Bamm, it took a while but I got the call. Frank had my rate and all I had to do is say yes!! That's what I did. Not taking so long to close, better communication once Cathy submitted the application. First contact date with Cathy was in July and we did not close until December 14 and until the following Monday for our payout. Just a very long drawn out process this time. I refinanced with Cathy this time as it was so easy, quick and efficient the last time when I refinanced with her. Not sure if I will do it again.
