As always great communication.
One suggestion - in this market where the buyer is having to sell their home to purchase another, contingency dates move the actual close dates, so check with the realtor and their seller/buyer client to make sure close date hasn't changed.
As always though, the team jumped on board when they knew the date had changed and the loan was done with exceptional timing!!

I talked to several mortgage brokers and Kevin was by far the most knowledgeable. He explained many different loan options so we could get me the loan that worked best for me. I work thru a temp service so it was very difficult for me to get a loan, Kevin jumped thru hoops for me and got it done. There is no way I would go with any other broker if I had to do this again. 5 stars here, give them a call if you want the right loan and a fast closing. Thanks Kevin!!

Kevin is the G.O.A.T, I struggled to get a loan because I work thru a temp service. He jumped thru the hoops and got it done, he also worked with me on the cash upfront to close. Overall I'm satisfied with the service. The underwriter asked for duplicate info. Or would ask for additional information after receiving all previously requested info. That was annoying, but every other aspect was very good.
