Ray got us set up with a great interest rate at a very busy time. Unlike our experience with representatives from other lenders, Ray was always available and attentive to us. He explained the process in detail and was patient in going through our detailed questions. His staff offered great support as well and were conscientious and dedicated through the whole process. Our closing was also completely seamless- in the comfort of our home with very kind, informed, and intelligent folks.

It was a good experience. Not only Carolina, but Valentina and Karina have been very supportive too not minimizing any efforts to give me accurate information and answering all my doubts. The only negative point was the time that it took for the whole process, which was much longer than I expected (almost 4 months).
