My mortgage broker, (Matthew Zimmerman) did a phenomenal job! Overall however, with the exception of Matt, your organization is the worst I've ever dealt with. This process began in May 2020, and I have three properties to refinance. It took over 6 months to close the first which was a VA Streamline refinance, and another four months to close on the second. I'm being told the third refi will be seamless but I remain skeptical. At this time I can not recommend your organization to anyone.

I would have liked to know all persons names that were to be working with me upfront, so I didn’t have to question who I was getting e -mails from. Craig was very responsive to my text and e mails. Talked me off the ledge a few times when my stress level was high. The transaction was very quick.
