Cannot stress enough how great working with Brian was from start to finish. He makes you wonder why people even stress about the mortgage process - it couldn’t have been an easier experience. I inquired with a few people before choosing to work with Brian and none of them seemed to provide the level of care and attention that Brian was sure to give. From his timeliness in responding to all questions to providing follow ups for every step, I always felt like our application was in the best hands - and it turned out it was! We were able to close earlier than the projected closing date with an interest rate lower than I was expecting. I will 100% be recommending his services to all my friends and family.

My husband and I just closed on our first home and are thankful that Chris was there to provide assistance along the way! We originally were searching for a lender who offers a FHA 203K loan and that's how we connected with Chris. Although we ended up going with a Conventional loan, Chris always answered our questions in a clear, kind manner and made us feel like a priority - not rushing us along or trying to talk us in to one thing or another.
