Make the email communication more targeted to the recipient. Don't continually warn about Fraud. I read the first notification and thought about the real risks and how I could (and have in the past) fall victim to Fraud. The second time I read the exact same thing it was annoying the 5th or 6ht time I read it it became... All my communication over the phone was very good to above average. The emails with all the different colors and changes in font size, etc. All looked rather unprofessional. Almost like comical spam attempts. I hope when we do business in the future I have less trouble reading the emails.

Maria Mojica, the junior processor from the processing department was very difficult to work with and was not clear in her communication. She also would schedule calls with us without having the appropriate answers/responses ready, resulting in us needing multiple follow up calls with her.
There were a number of times where she would continue to call us multiple times during the work day when we did not pick up the phone. We explained that we were in work meetings so couldn't answer her call. Some discretion on her part would have been helpful here.
On a good note, both Taylor Plesh and Kevin Dolan were very helpful and responsive for any needs we had. Thanks to you both.

It moved along very quickly. One area of improvement for my case was that there was less than 24 hours notice for the closing. Luckily myself and my husband were able to arrange time off with little notice.
