I've worked with Titus on acquiring a mortgage for our current home and two rounds of refinancing due to major drops in interest rates. All three experiences with him and his team were nothing short of efficient, timely and professional. I wouldn't have done my two refi's with him if the first experience wasn't great. We were first time buyers, clueless of the process and had lots of questions. Stephen was so patient and kind throughout the entire process! Cannot stress enough how great working with Brian was from start to finish. He makes you wonder why people even stress about the mortgage process - it couldn’t have been an easier experience. I inquired with a few people before choosing to work with Brian and none of them seemed to provide the level of care and attention that Brian was sure to give. From his timeliness in responding to all questions to providing follow ups for every step, I always felt like our application was in the best hands - and it turned out it was!
